Lobuche Peak

Lobuche Peak situated at an elevation of 6119m is one of the easily accessible 6000m peak in Nepal. The path to the summit leads through ice slopes and rocky slabs. Even though the climb is challenging, at the same time it’s rewarding as well, as the summit offers a spectacular view of other 8000m peaks like Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and other peak like Nuptse, Amadablam Pumori etc. Lobuche is climbed as a pre-expedition peak for the Everest climbers as it offers better acclimatization. Any past mountaineering experience is an advantage for the climb of this peak.

We approach the mountain on a leisurely trek up the Khumbu Valley through Sherpa villages going up to Everest Base Camp, surrounded by the most spectacular peaks on Earth. We will be staying in best available local lodges and with a few acclimatization days on the way enabling our bodies to adjust to the altitude in time for the climb itself.
