Mera peak
Mera Peak is one of the highest trekking peaks in Nepal with the summit at (6,461m/21,190ft). From the summit of Mera Peak, One can enjoy the breathtaking views of the five 8000m peaks - Mt Everest and Lhotse in the north, Cho Oyu in the northwest, and Makalu & Kanchenjunga in the northeast on a clear weather day.
Mera Peak is best for climbers with moderate climbing experience and beginners as well. The climb to the summit is non-technical but is very physically challenging which involves climbing through the ice, and snow slopes around 45 degrees. Both Spring and Autumn are the best seasons to climb Mera Peak.
